- Each household is permitted to request for samples only once. Repeated entries for the same diaper type will be disregarded.
- The samples will be mailed out to you through post. Please allow 1 week for delivery of the samples.
- Entries with incomplete addresses will be deemed invalid. You may email us at enquiries@turbo-med.com should you require assistance.
- Samples delivery is only available for Singapore addresses.
- Should you require recommendation of our products for your sampling needs, do contact us via email or call us at 6742 1968.
Turbo-Med is compliant with the Privacy and Data Protection Act.
Please be assured that your details will not be used for any other purpose.
